Manouchehr Bibiyan by signing the Book of the Eriya Jerusalem (Office of the Mayor of Jerusalem) accompanied by Iranian singers and Iranian musicians and Iranian music composers from Iran established the first Iran-Israel diplomacy (cultural diplomacy) between the two nations of Iran and Israel. The President of Egypt at the time, Nasser, severed Egypt's diplomatic relations with Iran in the Shah'
